Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, GMT). Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT begin processing the same business day. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and shipping is free on every UK order.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Yes — as soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track it anytime via our Track Your Order page.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to help; once it's on its way we're unable to cancel it.

You have 30 days from delivery to return UK orders. Items must be unused and unworn, with their original tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase. Email support@itsvelmora.com with your order number to start a return — returns must be approved before sending. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and approved returns are sent to Burgemeester Tellegenstraat 74, 1073 KG Amsterdam. Sale or discounted items, gift cards and personalised products cannot be returned.

To exchange, please return your original item for a refund (following our returns policy) and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to show the credit.
